In  the video Josh Wood – Never Giving Up: No Excuses we saw a rare private and challenging moment in Josh’s rehabilitation.

In this video we get a glimpse of Josh’s workout regiment and plan moving forward.

This video includes Josh’s physical examination with Nathan Talbett and his first session with Jason Shepherd.

Jason’s assessment and plan:

First session was focused on removing the first workout nerves. Sessions 4 through 5 will be focused on working predominantly on Josh’s core, glut activation, and lower part of the spine – scapula retraction.

No excuses, no complaining.
