Since Josh arrived at Project Walk we have decided not to put up any videos because at times it’s been totally frustrating and gruelling for him.
The first 2 weeks were Josh going backwards, as his trainers set focussed goals at breaking down 12 years of bad habits to rebuild foundations to help him achieve his goal of “ditching the stick’ .. This is a tough time for Josh and Amelia as Josh has to totally concentrate on every move, he is usually exhausted, mentally and physically at the end of each session.
Josh has been training 4 days a week for 3 hours a day then having a rest and most days hitting the 24 hour Gym for upper body weight training.
Josh is still battling the issues that have plagued him for the past 4 months and this doesn’t help.. It’s a constant battle to stay committed and focussed.
Finally I am in awe of his strength and courage, and the support of Amelia as she balances organizing their wedding with supporting him…
