Josh new training weeks 4 & 5

This video gives you an idea of Josh’s new training program. In this video you will see him training in Balance, Weight Bearing, Co Ordination, Wrestling & Boxing. Most days he trains and most days he also swims 1 kilometer. Unfortunately for Josh the more he wakes up his body after nearly 13 years the nuerogenic pain just gets worse. My son is a true warrior, but as a Mother my heart bleeds for him… Sometimes it’s like he is punished for doing better and training harder…Josh takes no pain  medication… His description of the pain which is all thru his body, is of being burned and then someone dragging a fork over his skin…My son my hero!      Josh Wood New Training Regime week 4 & 5
