Josh continues to train hard @ Sweat Gym – Cardio (Middle Park) & the Bell Street Gym Coburg, (weights) and watch his diet in readiness for his next trip to Project Walk in April 2012 for 3 months.
Both, Josh & Amelia are watching their diets and committed to a daily training routine. Josh is adamant that this next visit to Project Walk for 3 months will be what he needs to finally “ditch the stick”…
It is a very exciting time for them!
We are all looking forward to our trip to Bali for 3 weeks over Christmas, where the focus will be on, relaxing, exercise / fun activities, wedding research, and eating lots of fresh seafood.
