On the night of 25th June 2000, I was admitted to the Austin Hospital as a complete quadriplegic at C5, C…6, C7, T1 – with only 5% cord function at C6, C7, the doctors prognosis “I would never get out of bed again.”
My mum and I knew if I was to gain any recovery below my injury, we would have to look at an alternative program.
